If you search "small town" on the internet, you might just find a picture of Union, Missouri—my hometown. It doesn’t get much smaller, and I’m proud of it. Growing up here taught me the value of community, grit, and giving back. When I left for college, I was determined to be the first in my family to graduate.
Then, life threw me a curveball—I found out I was pregnant. Walking across campus with a growing belly was one of the most humbling and life-changing experiences of my life. But I finished my degree, became a mom, built a career in advertising, and kept going, no matter how tough things got.
There were many unplanned moments along the way—miscarriages, divorce, betrayals, and challenges I never saw coming. What I wished I’d had back then were mentors—people who had walked similar paths and could guide me through the tough seasons.
That experience is what led me to start Simmons Strategy Solutions. I’m passionate about helping small business owners and entrepreneurs grow with purpose—combining smart strategies with heart. I bring over 20 years of experience in marketing, leadership, and business strategy to support the dreamers and doers in my community.
