Sales & Business Development Manager

About the Role: We're seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a startup environment and wants to directly impact company success. Agency experience is highly valued but not required for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMB and mid-market segments

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consultative selling

  • Collaborate with our founder to refine service offerings and pricing strategies

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation

  • Represent our brand at networking events and industry conferences

  • Provide market feedback to help shape our service development

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing services, consulting, or agency environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and business strategy

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Agency experience strongly preferred – understanding of client service models, project-based work, and retainer relationships

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 (negotiable based on experience)

  • Commission: 15-20% on new business revenue

  • Earning Potential: $80,000 - $150,000+ annually

  • Performance Bonuses: Additional quarterly bonuses for exceeding targets

Marketing & Client Services Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator to support our expanding client base. This role is ideal for an entry-level marketer who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a wide range of marketing skills while working closely with the founder. Agency experience is a strong plus, as you'll be juggling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

This position requires flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving. As we scale, you will have the opportunity to specialize in an area of expertise that aligns with your strengths and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Services & Project Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations

  • Support the execution of client marketing plans, campaigns, and deliverables

  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and other partners as needed

Marketing & Advertising Execution

  • Assist with media buying and planning

  • Manage social media platforms, including scheduling content, engagement, and reporting

  • Support email marketing campaigns via Go High Level (or client-selected email providers)

  • Build and optimize sales funnels and landing pages in Go High Level

  • Provide reporting and insights on marketing performance

Creative & Website Support

  • Handle graphic design needs (social media graphics, marketing collateral, etc.)

  • Assist with website troubleshooting and ongoing site maintenance

  • Support SEO initiatives, including local SEO, backlinks, and directories

  • Assist with video and photography content creation

Strategy & Business Development

  • Work on brand positioning and storytelling for clients

  • Participate in building out long-term marketing strategies for clients

  • Support the founder in prospecting and nurturing leads

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and project management tools (Go High Level, Squarespace, social media platforms, Monday.com, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Ability to work independently and be adaptable in a fast-growing business

  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills

  • Agency experience preferred – experience managing multiple clients, tight deadlines, and diverse project types is highly valued

Compensation & Performance-Based Salary Structure:

  • Base Salary: $45,000 annually

  • Business Performance-Based Bonuses: Opportunities to earn up to $10,000 in additional compensation, bringing total earnings to $65,000+ based on company success
