011: What I learned from Ye’s White People Matter Shirt

Ye’s recent controversial White People Matter shirt has inspired me to share more openly and share to help you get clear on what you want in this lifetime.

Getting clear on what you want and what God wants for you sounds like it would be easy, but in reality, it can be pretty tough – especially if you’re spinning your wheels on this hampster wheel - called life!

I get it. The world tells us one thing, but our internal guidepost tells us another.

But let me tell you, sweet friend -- giving your time and energy to things that do not serve you is a one-way ticket to some serious overwhelm, disappointment and frustration.

That’s why it’s so important to get crystal clear, release negative energy, and focus on your relationship with your higher power. Stop spinning your wheels on things that don’t bring value to your life.

In this episode, I unpack Ye's recent controversial White Lives Matter shirt and his recent interview with Tucker Carlson.

Chances are pretty great that you are feeling the push-pull between good versus evil. Be sure to tune in!

009: Wonder in the waiting: how to embrace God’s stillness

Waiting can make us all impatient. Over time, this gets easier with each passing season.

I'm an open book about sharing my struggles with faith, overcoming trauma, and moving into the uncomfortable while building a program to help other women do the same.

This is the stuff I WISH someone would’ve shared with me when I was going through rough seasons in my life.

There are a lot of mistakes that I’ve made that I’m grateful for. Mistakes that helped me learn pivotal lessons that I wouldn’t trade for the world. But lately, I’ve been reflecting on what to do when we don’t feel like God is there. The world is heavy, but God is here more than ever, and my goal is to help you know that as well.

Wanna know the top 3 things we discuss in this episode?

I’m digging into the details on this week’s podcast episode… here are the highlights:

God has planned a good promise for you (It’s easy to forget when life gets heavy and hard)

He is waiting on you to trust and believe Him to do what He has promised

Don’t let the current discouragement of whatever life event you are dealing with now rob you of the amazing future that is yours and yours only.

008: How to Embrace Your Energy and Knock Out Negativity

I only wish someone would have told me these things 10 years ago to keep my energy up.

If you’re a human on planet Earth, then there have probably been a million times that you have said, “If only I knew then what I know now, I would have ____________.”

Yes, sweet friend. Hindsight is 20/20, and it’s always so much easier to analyze and evaluate situations when you’re looking back on them in the past, than when you’re in the present moment.

The enemy loves to rob your energy, make you doubt yourself, and knock you down.

Let’s be real – we need to learn how to knock the enemy out so that we can move forward with clarity and purpose.  We aren't meant to be surrounded by negativity.

In this episode, I’m sharing what I wish I would have known early on -- things that would have given me a ton of momentum in my life and stopped the perpetual anxiety and self-doubt to keep me stuck.

I’m also going to share a couple of things I did do that really moved the needle. Things that I hope you consider doing, too.

As you know, it’s my goal to share my own experiences with you -- both good and bad -- so you can learn from them and create the life of your dreams.

So if you’re ready, pop in those earbuds and tune in!
