Do you struggle with feeling like you aren’t where you want to be in your life?

I think we can all get stuck in this trap of beating ourselves up that we aren’t where we want to be.  On this week's episode of the  #UnplannedMomSchoolPodcast, I am talking about where we are today at this moment.  And let’s be honest - the world is heavy and hard at this moment in time.

This episode was inspired after learning about the passing of someone overnight.  Death has a way of literally stopping us in our tracks and evaluating our own life and purpose. We can either let the hard stuff derail or determine us to live our best life.  The first thing we must do is allow ourselves to feel the pain and sorrow.  We aren’t guaranteed to get through life without a few battle scars.

So this episode is about how to turn to encouragement from our higher power and trust the process.  No matter where we are in this journey called life - we are right where we need to be.

Do you feel…

  • an overwhelming sense of release?

  • are you afraid to even allow yourself to think about what is no longer serving you?

  • are you feeling off in some area of your life yet afraid to say goodbye to that aspect of your life out of fear?

In this episode, we take a deep breath and learn to understand that this, too, shall pass.   Love yourself right where you are at this moment.

Personally, I talk about this season of sadness that I am personally feeling.

Everything you want starts with this first powerful step of awareness - the good, the bad, and the ugly.  Accepting how you feel now and taking action toward change is the key to growth.

If you are ready to feel less alone, accept your feelings and hear encouragement in your life to help you release what is no longer serving you.  Then I want you to check out this transformative episode.
